Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ZENT Care account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
